[ ] List the sources, decisions, files, and configurations the workflow needs.
[ ] Verify export availability for the exact plan and role.
[ ] Inspect actual exports for attachments, dates, sources, and relationships.
[ ] Store authorized copies outside the original account access boundary.
[ ] Preserve permissions and retention/deletion requirements.
[ ] Encrypt and restrict backup access.
[ ] Restore a sample into a separately accessible environment.
[ ] Have an authorized colleague retrieve the correct records.
[ ] Retest sample questions and outputs with an alternative tool.
[ ] Record missing data, rebuilding effort, time, and costs.
[ ] Assign a review date and an owner for unresolved gaps.

An export is not proof of recoverability. Portable knowledge reduces migration
work but does not guarantee instant provider switching or identical AI results.
