Integrations / your existing tools

Start with your tools.
Bring the right information.

“Data” means the customer records, tasks, documents, and decisions your business already has. You do not need to build a database first—we help you choose a practical way to bring selected information together.

How do we get the information?

Three starting routes.
One agreed scope.

01

Authorise a supported app

An authorised owner signs in with the provider and approves the requested permissions. Where available, this avoids sharing a password. Some providers require a dedicated API credential or administrator approval.

02

Provide a permitted export

If a direct connection is not ready, an authorised person can export a small, agreed set of records. A CSV is a snapshot; it only stays current when a new approved export is imported.

03

Start with selected documents

Choose the procedures, guides, or decisions the pilot needs. We check ownership, file format, and who should be allowed to retrieve them before import.

Never send passwords or API keys through the assessment. It asks for tool names only. There are no live connection or upload controls on this website.

What does your
business use?

These are connection options to discuss, not a list of ready-to-use AIbleto integrations. Every card explains the current status.

First planned integration

HubSpot

Your customer accounts and sales opportunities.

Information we could scope

Selected companies and deals are the starting pilot scope. Activity and other objects need separate validation.

Why bring it together?

See which accounts need attention and check the evidence behind a sales priority.

How access and readiness work

An authorised account owner approves app access. We agree the records, fields, and team audience before importing.

Current coverage: Nango route verified; selected company/deal import code has fixture tests. Live Nango-to-AIbleto import is not yet verified.

Planned integration

monday.com

The work your team tracks in boards.

Information we could scope

Selected boards, items, status, owners, and updates are examples to scope.

Why bring it together?

Spot unclear ownership and prepare a review of delayed handoffs.

How access and readiness work

An authorised user approves the app. Board permissions and required API access are checked before implementation.

Current coverage: Nango provider documented. Board import, field mapping, and refresh behaviour still need to be built and tested for AIbleto.

QuickBooks Online

The customer and invoicing records in your accounting system.

Information we could scope

Selected customer, invoice, and payment-status fields are examples to evaluate—not a full ledger import.

Why bring it together?

Give an authorised owner context for outstanding-account reviews.

How access and readiness work

An authorised owner connects the relevant company. Required permissions, available objects, and access to financial information are scoped.

Current coverage: Nango provider documented. AIbleto ingestion and finance-specific access controls need implementation and validation.

Xero

Your business contacts and accounting records.

Information we could scope

Selected contacts, invoices, and status fields are candidates for a scoped review.

Why bring it together?

Reduce manual preparation for an account-status conversation.

How access and readiness work

An authorised user grants access to the agreed organisation. We check scope, data availability, and record visibility.

Current coverage: Listed by Nango. Required import objects and AIbleto mapping are not yet validated.

Google Drive

The procedures, service guides, and working documents you already maintain.

Information we could scope

Selected files and folders; file formats, content extraction, and changes need verification.

Why bring it together?

Compare approved guidance and give teams sources they can check.

How access and readiness work

An authorised owner selects permitted content. We agree the AIbleto audience separately; sharing settings are not assumed to mirror automatically.

Current coverage: Listed by Nango. File selection, extraction, permissions, and refresh need AIbleto validation.

SharePoint

Your shared Microsoft documents and team knowledge.

Information we could scope

Selected sites, document libraries, and files, subject to tenant permissions.

Why bring it together?

Help leaders find current procedures and review conflicting guidance.

How access and readiness work

A Microsoft administrator may need to approve the app. We agree which libraries and audiences are in scope.

Current coverage: SharePoint Online is listed by Nango. Tenant consent and AIbleto document ingestion still need validation.

Notion

Your team wiki, process pages, and working databases.

Information we could scope

Approved pages and database content that the provider makes available.

Why bring it together?

Bring process context into a review without searching through separate workspaces.

How access and readiness work

The authorised owner grants access to selected content. Coverage and source references are checked before import.

Current coverage: Listed by Nango. AIbleto content mapping and refresh are not yet verified.

Pilot import work

Slack

Workplace conversations where decisions and changes are recorded.

Information we could scope

Selected approved channels and a bounded history window.

Why bring it together?

Find the discussion behind a decision and compare it with published guidance.

How access and readiness work

A permitted workspace user authorises the app. Channel access, history, retention, and audience are explicitly selected.

Current coverage: Nango route listed; selected-channel import code has fixture tests. Live organisational connection and permission behaviour need validation.

Planned integration

Microsoft Teams

Team conversations and work coordination.

Information we could scope

Approved channels and accessible messages, subject to tenant and API restrictions.

Why bring it together?

Provide evidence for handoffs and recorded process changes.

How access and readiness work

Tenant approval and the actual message-access route are checked first. We do not assume one grant covers every employee’s messages.

Current coverage: Listed by Nango. Message access and AIbleto import coverage remain to be validated.

Personal-source option planned

Gmail

Selected work-mail information, when explicitly authorised.

Information we could scope

Only agreed mail sources and fields. Personal mailboxes are not pooled into company knowledge by default.

Why bring it together?

Add permitted customer correspondence to the context for a reviewed decision.

How access and readiness work

Mailbox access requires the appropriate owner’s consent. Individual-source support is a separate planned option with private-by-default access.

Current coverage: Listed by Nango. AIbleto mailbox ingestion, isolation, and consent controls are not yet delivered.

Personal-source option planned

Outlook

Work email and customer correspondence.

Information we could scope

Selected authorised mailbox information; available scopes and shared-mailbox behaviour need checking.

Why bring it together?

Help an authorised owner recover the context behind a customer commitment.

How access and readiness work

We verify the Microsoft authorisation model. Personal sources require explicit consent and a separate access boundary.

Current coverage: Listed by Nango. No live AIbleto mailbox connection is offered here.

Vendor access review

DealerSocket

Customer, lead, and dealership operational information.

Information we could scope

Eligible customer or lead records depend on the API product, dealer agreement, and vendor-approved access.

Why bring it together?

Help sales managers review unattended enquiries and relevant dealership context.

How access and readiness work

We first check vendor approval, partner requirements, fees, and permitted exports. A dealership login alone is not proof of API access.

Current coverage: DealerSocket publishes API and partner information. No provider entry was found in the reviewed Nango catalogue; no AIbleto connector is confirmed.

No standard connection

iMessage

Messages that may contain business context alongside personal conversations.

Information we could scope

No standard iMessage history connection is offered in this version.

Why bring it together?

For a pilot, an owner could contribute an approved business summary instead of sharing their whole message history.

How access and readiness work

Do not provide an Apple ID password or assume workplace administrators can import personal messages. Any future route needs a separate capability and consent review.

Current coverage: No iMessage provider entry was found in the reviewed Nango catalogue. This is not a promised integration.

Local pilot route

CSV, text & Markdown files

A spreadsheet export or a selected written procedure.

Information we could scope

The local pilot accepts UTF-8 CSV, text, and Markdown up to 200 KB per file. Other formats need an agreed conversion path.

Why bring it together?

Test a useful knowledge set before investing in a recurring connection.

How access and readiness work

An authorised person exports only the agreed fields or prepares selected documents. We review a small sample before a pilot import.

Current coverage: This upload route exists in the local prototype. This marketing page does not accept uploads or create a workspace.

Provider coverage reviewed 30 September 2026. App names identify potential sources; they do not imply a partnership, certification, or production-ready connection.

From permission to useful context

You choose the sources.
We scope the implementation.

01

Choose the account and information

Confirm who can authorise access, which records or channels matter, and how far back the pilot should look. Provider permission scopes may be broader than the fields we choose to import; we make that distinction clear.

02

Agree access, refresh, and retention

Define who can retrieve the imported information, how often to check for changes, how long to retain it, and what should happen when the source is disconnected. Historical coverage depends on the provider and plan.

03

Preview, approve, then import

Review a sample and the audience before publishing it to team knowledge. A connected app does not automatically make everything visible to all employees.

04

Review freshness and evidence

Keep source references and import timestamps with the information. Leaders need to know when the evidence is old, incomplete, or in conflict before making a decision.

The connection layer behind AIbleto

Nango connects the account.
AIbleto makes the information useful.

Our planned organisational connection layer uses Nango for provider authorisation and connection lifecycle. AIbleto remains responsible for selecting and importing records, normalising them, controlling access, and preparing them for retrieval by people and compatible agents.

A Nango provider listing confirms a connection starting point. It does not confirm that our import supports every record type, file format, permission model, or refresh schedule.

Explore Nango’s provider directory
Is company access the same as connecting everyone’s personal accounts?

No. Company-owned sources are the core starting point. A personal mailbox or individual source needs its own authorised connection and access boundary. Personal-source support is planned separately; connecting a company tool never implies access to all employee content.

Can you connect our database?

Tell us which database you use and where it is hosted. We assess a read-only view, supported API, or permitted export, including network access and field scope. Database ingestion and the database used to host AIbleto are separate choices; neither is universally available by selecting a name.

What about DealerSocket or another specialist system?

We check the vendor’s API programme, contracts, approval requirements, and permitted exports. If a route cannot be confirmed, we say so before proposing a connector.

Can this read our iMessages?

No standard iMessage connection is offered. We have not confirmed a supported Nango route for message-history ingestion. An approved business summary may be a more practical pilot source.

What happens after I select a tool here?

Its name is added to the assessment for discussion. Nothing connects, no credentials are collected, and no information is imported.
